Since 2004, revealing what drives you!

You want your life to move forward, but you procrastinate, and nothing progresses. It's really frustrating, I know.

But you're not taking action, and you want things to change? (Today, I'm addressing you informally; it's friendlier, more personal ;))

So, you feel like you're not moving in the right direction...

It's probably because you lack momentum and drive, and your actions, despite good intentions, have no impact or only a minor one at the moment. And that, especially if you're posting on LinkedIn, well, even if you chime in, it's complicated.

And right now, you're thinking that if you had money, you'd hire a coach to kick you into gear, plan actions, and make sure you follow through.

And why exactly?

Well, they'd tell you a bunch of stuff you already know, have the relevance of a flounder, and just be a safety net. But that's reality, not the story you're telling yourself.

To fix this, there's a simple trick: planning your goals.

You're totally wowed, right?

And you only stop when it's done. Seriously, focus, this is the key point: you. only. stop. when. it's. done.

Because with our mindsets (no, I won't go into detail, nobody cares), if you don't set a deadline for your goals, weeks just fly by.

For some projects, this happens to me too, and many of my past clients have experienced it.

So, you still want a coach? But one who adapts to your particular way of working, because you're not structured enough, even though you know what to do and you're not doing it?

You just need a framework, that's all.

So now you're thinking, "Yes, but since a personal coach is expensive, it'll cost me money, it'll commit me to taking action!"

That's a nice principle. An excuse. If you're not doing it, there's a reason.

And if you don't know that reason or you're not sure, then yes, a coach can help you outline it and make sure of it. Sometimes, you need to check under the hood.

But don't expect them to have the will to do it for you.

Expect this work to make you want to do it on your own again.

You convince yourself that you need a coach, but until you've tried it yourself...

First, take charge and do the best you can. Then, see if you still need one for that!
