The blueprint of the inner workings (Max out) of your exhaustion (up to burnout) is open access.
Almost two years ago, I pulled an old manuscript out of a drawer. I hesitated to revise and publish it because it said something the field did not want to hear, and my clients even less.
And yes, who likes the one who disenchants? The one who kills the vibe, the one who says what should not be said.
That text was Max out. In two years, I translated its architecture from macro to micro into four distinct works.
I laid out what burnout science admitted in 2017 it had never managed to do: explain the inner logic of contemporary exhaustion rather than simply describing the crash.
Anger pushed me.
The anger of watching, for twenty years, how school and guidance systems produce compliant subjects by dangling emancipation, only to lead them to love their gilded prison.
I saw astonishing overinvestment in jobs that did not warrant it.
I saw the powerlessness of an expertise frozen inside its certainties. A pseudo scientific expertise that defends its perimeter, no longer critiques ideas but instruments or statuses, and has become impermeable to reality. A normative way of looking at the world from an ivory tower that cannot see what is there to be seen.
One question laid the first stone: How can someone lose their bearings so completely that they forget themselves entirely for the benefit of a company, a team, or a manager?
I do not respect the hegemony of status. I respect rigor, argued confrontation, and the ability to describe reality, even when it disrupts.
That is why I publish in Open Science.
Knowledge that frees should not be filtered by insiders.
Facing the men and women who suffer, and facing an ecosystem that helps them “hold on” to the unbearable rather than resist capture, I had a choice: stay silent or build.
I built.

Max out explains the workings of what everyone observes: the systemic architecture that turns your desire to commit, to succeed, and to do things well into fuel for your own capture.
-
Compensatory Narration (From nothing to suffering): your brain does not tolerate emptiness. It manufactures a story so indeterminacy disappears. This is not an occasional bias, it is a driver, and its cost accumulates.
-
And finally, the social construction of emotion (Conforming Emotion). If what you live does not fit the boxes, you twist it. You learn to suffer in the “right” format to earn the right to be heard. This is the final lock.
Three objects, from macro to micro. One single overarching logic.
This work must circulate. It is a major paradigm shift.
Understanding the operating logic is the necessary condition for not being captured the way an algorithm captures you.
The blueprints are offered, and so are twenty years of thinking.
